Air China's A350-900 is the first aircraft in Air China's fleet with a 1-2-1 Business Class configuration as well as a true Premium-Economy product. This aircraft seats 312 passengers in a three class configuration with 32 Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy seats, and 256 Economy seats.
For Business Class, Air China decided to go with the B/E Aerospace Super Diamond seat that can be found on a number of Dreamliners. Passengers in Premium Economy will find extra recline, in addition to a fold-out leg rest. Seats in Premium Economy are in a hard shell design, which means if the person in front of you leans back, they will not encroach on your space.
