Malaysia Airlines has fitted its A350s in a typical four-class layout accommodating 286 passengers.
The First Class seats are located in the front of the plane with a 1-2-1 seat formation. The First Class has a total of 4 seats with enclosed monument (2 individual seats and 2 double seats). The seats have a pitch of 83 inches and are convertible into a full flat bed of 83 inches length and a width of 23 inches. Each seat also boasts an individual 24-inch in-flight entertainment screen with personal closet and stowage for coat, luggage, laptop and personal belongings. A granite coktail table is located at the center armrest. All seats are equipped with 115VAC PED power supply and USB port.
The Business Class seats have a 1-2-2/1-2-2 seat formation. The Business Class has a total of 35 seats (12 double assembly), convertible into a full flat bed with a length of 78 inches and a width of 22 inches. Although these seats are technically flat-beds, some users have reported that they do not feel like true flat-beds because the foot rests don't elevate completely, leaving your feet at an angle. Each seat also boasts an individual 16-inch in-flight entertainment screen, seatback mounted, and personal items stowage. All seats are equipped with 115VAC PED power supply and USB port.
The Economy Class seats are in a formation of 3-3-3. The Economy Class seats have a total of 247 seats with individual 11-inch IFE wide screen, seatback mounted. Economy Class with Extra Legroom seats recline 6 inches and have a 36-inch pitch and 18-inch in-seat width, while regular Economy Class seats have a recline of 6 inches and have a 32-inch pitch and 18-inch in-seat width.
