As the newest edition to SAS's fleet, the A350-900 operates on long-haul flights. This aircraft flies 300 passengers in a three class configuration. There are 40 SAS Business Class seats, 32 SAS Plus Class seats and 228 SAS GO Class seats.
SAS Business seats are configured in a 1–2–1 layout with direct access to the aisle at each seat. SAS Business Class passengers will find a new and improved bi-fold meal table which includes a PED (personal entertainment device) holder. Compared to SAS's A330 and A340, the entertainment screens measure 18.5" (A330 & A340 which is 15,4") with higher resolution. All seats have a massage function as well as an adjustable lumbar support.
Passengers travelling with the SAS Plus service will notice a higher level of comfort and service than SAS Go. SAS Plus is configured in a 2–4–2 layout. All seats in SAS Plus have a legrest that can be used as well as an articulated seat pan. Seats include a larger entertainment screen 13,3" (compared to the A330 & A340 which is 11.6") with a higher resolution.
Passengers traveling with the SAS Go service will find an improved articulated seat span, bi-fold meal table, a holder for water bottle and a higher seat back. Just like SAS Business and SAS Plus, seats in SAS Go have a larger entertainment screen 11.6" (compated to the A330 & A340 size which is 8.9") with a higher resolution.
